Really enjoyed air conditioned and good-sized rooms!

The apartment was clean and had location really close to Montalcino which had a grocery store, restaurants, and lovely drive into the town of Montalcino for even more restaurant. Very friendly staff ensured an unforgettable stay in our italian vacation. The setting was absolutely wonderful and perfect.

It has beautiful setting to the vineyards. Rooms are absolutely fantastic and huge with big terrace, balcony, for instance.

Perfect 10/10 stay in our italian vacation. Warm welcome from owner. The room was air-conditioned and good-sized and the location - ideal. Plus not far from many wineries, other attractions like Pienza and 2 excellent restaurants.

It had a marvellous and lovely setting short walk to great wineries as well as Montalcino. I enjoyed the host. A refrigerator, an oven, and kitchenware were provided.

It has large bedrooms and lovely own bathroom. Staff is nice and excellent.

They kept the place fairly clean, everything was great. Incredible and peaceful location with everything at the door, it was just next door to Colle, Montalcino which had a grocery store, restaurants, and two fine restaurants.

I loved the apartment even though some things didn't work.

The location of the hotel is perfect for wine lovers, as it is close to many wineries in the area. it is conveniently situated just next to the restaurant in town, making it easy to enjoy a nice meal. the hotel also provides everything you need, with comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms, and attentive service. Guests can start their day with a delicious breakfast and enjoy stunning views from the terrace.

One downside is that the air conditioning in the rooms can be quite loud, which may be bothersome during the hot summer months.

calm apartment, big and clean just off tuscany, montalcino and pienza, san quirco d orcia, thermal baths, wineries. nice pool, efficient staff. incredible setting on everything you need.

I loved staying at this new apartment, everything was perfect and it exceeded my expectations. The location was unbeatable, only a 15-minute drive to Poggio Antico and it offered beautiful views of the valley. I will definitely be back.
